1 What is the best and most innovative example of using the internet to benefit society as a whole (pro-social use)?
In my opinion, Internet is one of the best inventions of this century. Thanks to Internet you can communicate, for free form in some cases, with any person of the world at any time of the day.
For many centuries, the people don’t have the telephone, now, the telephone is going to go at the history thanks to Internet
The best and most innovative example of using the Internet to benefit society as a whole (pro-social use) is the free communication, and to know other people, places and countries through the network
Also, I think the blogs and the personal pages with texts, photos and videos are something very social.
2. What is your best English language learning tool on the internet?
On the Internet I usually use the Yahoo’s translator and now, I have known the SpellCheck. I dont know another tool on the Internet. I want to know it.
3. Share with us the most exciting and innovative internet application (new and innovative)
I think the most exciting and innovative internet application is the skype and the msn. You can speak with people and also, you can see everybody!
4. What is RSS and RSS aggregators? Give some examples of the most interesting uses. How can you use them?
I don’t know what is a RSS (agregador). The definition that gives the Wikipedia is the following one: RSS is a simple data format that is used to redifundir contents to subscribers of a Web site. The format allows to distribute to content without needing a navigator, using a designed software to read these contents RSS (agregador).
I’m going to informate fine because I don’t understand the meaning of the RSS.
